The Portal and Healow App are both free, providing patients with access to their health records and assisting them in making informed healthcare choices.
Is having online access secure?
Yes, it is. The information is fully secure with your chosen username, password/PIN, and through SSL encryption.
I forgot my login or password. How can I reset or get new login credentials?
The App and our Portal enable you to reset your username or password. Alternatively, you can contact the Call center (954) 399-9014 for assistance with resetting your credentials.
How do I sign up?
- Download the Healow app.
- Search our practice by entering the code: ACFDCD
- Enter your portal username and password to login.
- Set up your PIN to securely access your health records.
